With our established ISO 9000 certified quality control program and monitoring system across our service areas, including food, administration, construction and communication, we can ensure that our clients are only provided with services of the highest standards.
We have a very strong focus on food safety throughout our catering operations and supporting supply chain. We have a fully accredited Food Safety Program (ISO 22000 and HACCP), and require the same standards from all suppliers and sub-contractors.
We implement and apply dynamic reporting methods for our Food Safety Management, enabling us to have visibility of the compliance and conformity of our worldwide operations in an effective and timely manner. These methods include;
- Reporting directly from our operations to our Head Office in Italy
- Internal Quality self-judgement audit performed on all operations by the senior management, or by the on-site supervisor.
- Inspections from the Head Office Management
This system enables us to identify any trends in non-compliance and to implement the necessary corrective or preventive actions, on a global basis.
